6. Designer/Seller Terms

If you are a designer or seller on our Platform:

• You must provide accurate product information
• You are responsible for fulfilling orders in a timely manner
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You grant us a license to use your product images and descriptions
• You agree to pay applicable commission fees

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FashionAfrique and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Infringe upon intellectual property rights

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FASHIONAFRIQUE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FashionAfrique and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
